3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share account credentials with any third party. sma77 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by a User's failure to protect their login details. You must notify sma77 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. sma77 does not permit the sale, transfer, or assignment of accounts or account balances between users. Any attempt to do so constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
3.5 Third-Party Deposits. All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. sma77 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Where third-party funds are identified, sma77 will return funds to the source and may suspend the associated account pending investigation.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. sma77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any User at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing any withdrawal, or during routine compliance reviews. 7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each game and betting market. sma77 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time, including reducing maximum stakes for individual accounts where patterns of high-frequency professional betting are identified.
7.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors. sma77 reserves the right to void any wager where it is placed on the basis of a manifest error in pricing, incorrect odds, or a technical malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the User's Account. sma77's decision in matters of manifest error is final.
7.4 Sportsbook Rules. For football betting markets — including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and all other competitions — specific rules relating to mix parlay (accumulator) payouts, voor bola (handicap) settlement, postponed matches, and walkover rulings are set out in the dedicated Sportsbook Rules section accessible within the platform interface.
7.5 Togel Market Rules. Togel draw results are sourced from official international lottery pools. Bets are settled based on the officially published result for the relevant draw. In the event of a discrepancy between sma77's published result and the official draw result, the official result prevails.
7.6 Live Betting Disconnection. sma77 is not liable for losses incurred due to a User's internet connection failure during a live betting session. Where a live bet is confirmed and registered on the sma77 system prior to disconnection, the bet stands and settlement proceeds in the normal course.

12.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. sma77 shall not be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or reputational damage, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.4 Force Majeure. sma77 shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental action, cyberattack, or telecommunications infrastructure failure.
12.5 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by sma77's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
13.1 User-Initiated Closure. You may request closure of your sma77 account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, any remaining real-money Balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be paid out to your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements are met and no outstanding wagering obligations exist.
13.2 sma77-Initiated Termination. sma77 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including but not limited to where:
13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination, your license to use the sma77 platform ceases immediately. Any Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings are automatically forfeited. Real-money Balance will be returned subject to completed verification and the outcome of any investigation, which sma77 may conduct before releasing funds.
14.1 Governing Law. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which sma77 holds its operating license. The application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.

14.4 Language. These Terms are issued in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail.

Where a proposed amendment materially affects your rights or obligations, sma77 will use reasonable endeavors to provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address or via a prominent notice on the platform.
15.2 Your continued use of the sma77 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must discontinue use of the platform and request account closure before the amendment's effective date.
